2 degrees (new question) - dcan - 08-22-2011 mrs.b Wrote:However, students may complete up to two areas of study within one baccalaureate degree. Right, this is the dual-degree option. But this: Quote:The areas of study selected must be completely different. Seem to conflict with this: Quote:Students wishing to pursue a second area of study within a degree program MUST consult a program advisor in the respective degree program. Am I the only one that reads the first quote as saying the two degrees can't be in the same department, but the second one sounding more like you can only double-major within the same department? I'm curious now. 2 degrees (new question) - mrs.b - 08-22-2011 dcan Wrote:Am I the only one that reads the first quote as saying the two degrees can't be in the same department, but the second one sounding more like you can only double-major within the same department? I'm curious now. It did read very confusing to me, but since they were ready to set a BSBA-Operations Mgt with my BSBA-HROM when I gave the go-ahead, I take it to mean you can only double-major within the same department. |
