A lot of people have used just our MacroEcon materials and done fine; I think you'll be fine as long as you understand everything covered in our questions and explanations. If you don't understand anything, you can usually find additional help on the internet with a quick google search.

I used only InstaCert - studied an hour or two for 4 days. Passed with 61. It's totally doable. Good luck!
