What is MAT-101/102 at TESC? (College Math CLEP equivalency) - dcan - 11-21-2011

The PDF of TESC equivalencies lists the College Math CLEP as equivalent to "MAT-101/102-CE" but according to the 2011/2012 TESC catalog it looks like it's actually MAT-102 and MAT-103. It looks like this was created only to have a place to plug in this CLEP.

Will this CLEP slot in as an extra gen-ed on my BSBA plan? That's where I have it right now (I took it in August) but I'm wondering if it's incorrect. I know it won't fulfill my BSBA math requirements; I'm done with precal (ALEKS trig) and about halfway through ALEKS Intro to Stats now. I'd just hate to lose 6 credits. (I took it for my CCAF degree, so it's a free 6 credits for me)

Thanks!

Yes, you are correct. The CLEP (MAT 102/103) would fill the final 3cr in NS/M if needed, then roll down to fill the Gen Ed section.
