confused about my score - DSST intro to religion - ternzer - 11-22-2011 I took the dsst intro to religion today and scored a 51. it says I need a 49. i dont get this, the other dsst's i took were on the 200-500 scale. and people posting results for the test are also refer to the 400's passing scale. does anyone have any in site on this? i am confused. thank you confused about my score - DSST intro to religion - bricabrac - 11-22-2011 Not to worry, you obviously received an older version of the exam. Depends on what school you attend, but the two-digit dantes exam may get you graded credit at Excelsior or COSC? Students of those schools could answer that question. I assume that if 51 is good enough for ace credit it should be good for them too. confused about my score - DSST intro to religion - bricabrac - 11-22-2011 Yes, TESC uses the CLEP/DSST published passing grade to award credit. confused about my score - DSST intro to religion - ternzer - 11-22-2011 thanks! now i will be able to sleep tonight :hurray: confused about my score - DSST intro to religion - BGSU_Alum_86 - 11-23-2011 That is so strange. I assume since you say you took the test "today" and you obviously know your score that you took the computer-version of this exam. There really should be no way that your test center has access to the older versions of this exam as it is a "refreshed" one. Weird! |
