TESC English requirements have they changed? - Mian - 11-27-2011
I'm looking at a credit eval from TESC and wondering how to interpret this? Can anyone help? Does this mean I need English Comp I because they didn't like my grade PLUS three more english courses? I'm confused because the degree requirements on their website say I only need 6 credits for english? Please help me understand this, thanks! Also how many credits does the English Comp CLEP give at TESC?

I might be wrong, I think its because of your letter grade for ENC101. I think tesc has a GPA req.

If you look at your post it even says greater then a C.

Your evaluation just shows what would be needed if you had quarter hours or semester hours. The requirement is still 6 semester hours or 9 quarter hours. TESC does not accept anything under a "C" to meet the English requirement.

Oh ok yeah that makes sense now. I'm wondering if taking the college composition CLEP would satisfy the English requirement then? And if so if anyone can recommend a book to study for that CLEP?
