I'm scheduled to take Introductory Sociology tomorrow morning. I've been studying for a couple of weeks. I've read the REA book twice and taken all the tests and know that material fairly well. I've went over IC flashcards until I have them >90%. I took the 3 peterson's tests and scored 78, 77 and 76. It seems that quite a few things on the Peterson's and REA tests aren't covered in any of the material I've studied.
I was thinking of using the rest of my time today diving into the "Specific Feedback Forum" in instacert and looking up EVERYTHING I don't feel comfortable with at the moment.
Sound like a plan or is there something else I should try?
I'll be glad when this is over, I'm a lot more stressed about it than I thought I would be.

This is rated as one of the easiest tests to take. With those scores my guess is you will murder the test with extreme prejudice.
Definitely check the SF forum to ease any doubts.

With test scores like that it appears like you are more than ready for the test. Sounds like the only the you need to worry about is your testing center entering your SS# correctly. That's happened more than once with our test center.

Good luck on this test. Don't be surprised if you score low; it's a weird test. I studied my heart out and passed with 63 - I was surprised by the score as I expected it to be a lot higher - however, it sounds like you know the material, so go out and ace that Clep - YeeHaw and again, Good Luck!!!

Thanks for the dose of confidence. I finished the test in about 40 minutes or so and scored a 62! There were several things that I had not seen before but most of the stuff I either knew or was familiar enough with that I could figure it out by process of elimination. I'll agree with storyteller--it was kind of a strange test. It's hard to explain but I knew the material fairly well and still got confused on a 20 or so questions. But a pass is a pass is a pass. Thanks again. I'm headed over to the specific exam feedback and posting what I remember before it fades away.

Log into Degree Forum; Go to Exam Specific Feedback at the bottom of the list and look for the test you want to take.
