I was browsing on the ACE Website and found this ACE CREDIT | The National Guide to College Credit for Workforce Training There is no website link on the page. I am trying to find where it is and who they are. The courses sound amazing!

The closes thing I could find was this - Literature Institute however there is no mention on their website about earning credits.

Any ideas?

It looks like you found the right website. Click the "Credit" link near the top of the page and you'll see the following:

Quote:Self-learners are eligible to apply for credit through credit by examination. The procedure is as follows: registered students complete the requirements of the course, and then take a proctored exam.

Students should complete the requirements of the course, which include journals and essays. They will submit the materials for evaluation by our faculty. Students may, with the recommendation of the faculty member, take a proctored exam to obtain credit.

I'd suggest emailing them for more information and to be certain this is the right group evaluated by ACE.

I just figured this out myself yesterday, as I was looking to score a few Lit classes. Literatureinstitute.org was/is a Master Degree granting organization mainly for humanities degrees.

Go to this website: Literature Institute and click on the catalog. You can read more about it there.

In the catalog it does say that you have to have a BA/BS. I haven't a clue as to if they are still functioning, as all of their tution/fees have been changed to $0. Would be awesome if they were still up and running at a tuition price like that.

Hope this helps!

I emailed them and got this reply:

"Thank you very much for your inquiry. At this time, the Literature Institute is a part of Humanities University that provides graduate-level education. Please refer to our website for more information.

Thank you for your interest.

Sincerely,
Literature Institute"

Is there a way to let ACE know that Literature Institute needs to be removed from their site?
