Question about InstantCert Flashcards answers - javannahka - 06-25-2012
Hello,
I'm new to InstantCert and just started studying the College Algrebra flashcards. However, I noticed that after I type in my answer and click 'Continue,' a screen shows up that says my answer is wrong- even if my answer matches the flashcard's given answer perfectly! Is this a problem, or are all the answers marked automatically as wrong?
I am confused!

I have had the same problem with both college mathmatics and college algebra flashcards. There needs to be an adjustment to the software program running the flashcards. Hopefully Instacert will take the hint, (but I wouldn't count on it any time soon).

Unfortunately the software is not very sophisticated and the math flashcards are very sensitive to spacing and typing everything exactly the same as the provided answer (in the case of the fill-in-the-blank questions). If you continue to have trouble, please contact me directly via email at webmaster@instantcert.com and include an example of where you're experiencing such a problem (i.e. include the question number and the exact text that you typed that was marked incorrect).
