We are pleased to notify you we received your transcript. To view a list of all the transcripts we have received on your behalf click here. In order to log in,you'll need your user id which would be your first name, followed bya period, then your last name (i.e. John.Doe). If you are new toOnline Student Services select I'm New to Online Student Servicesotherwise you may select Login.
So I did everything it told me to do and I still can't get in the stupid system to view what they got. Very frustrated.

If this is the first time you've ever tried to get into Online Student Services, you need to click on I'm New to online Student Services & fill out what they ask you to. If you've done that, you just need to wait for an email with your temporary password. Once you have that, then you can log in with the temporary password & it will prompt you to put in a new one. You should be good to go after that.

I had the same problem, followed instructions, can't log in, says contact system administrator.

If you can get into your MyEdison portal, click on the Community tab and under My Help Desk, click on "Click Here to Get Help" to create a help desk support ticket. That will be the quickest way of getting help over the weekend.

This happened to me as well yesterday. Got the email, logged in, and didn't see no transcript. I wish I would of applied for admission earlier instead of banking my credits. I faxed FEMA, DSST, and CLEP request transcript at the same time. All where received and mailed out except the DSST one, which I faxed a second time with no luck. So I mailed it in and am awaiting for the 30$ charge to show up on my bank account.

Yes, this was through TESC. And I tried all of what you say about clicking NEW TO STUDENT SERVICES and all that, followed instructions to the tee, but still, can't get in. It's got to be a TESC screw up or something. Obviously with these responses, I'm not alone. I boomeranged that email Tesc sent me explaining that too, so we shall see what they say.

Think it's a TESC screw-up. All of my transcripts had been received over a month ago and I FINALLY got the second assessment. I figured they were messed up, so I didn't try to follow their directions since I knew what they had.

The same thing happened to me the first time I tried to log into Online Student Services. I called TESC helpdesk and they fixed it for me immediately. They also stayed on the phone with me to make sure they fixed my access.
