Straigherline Intro to Sociology - chiquitacobbe - 09-25-2012 I just signed up for Straigherline Intro to Sociology. Any advice? I started the first lesson and I'm getting worried already. I hope the first graded quiz isn't that bad. I'm not buying the book so I hope that doesn't hurt me too much. Has anyone else taken this? Do you think I should buy the instantcert for study guides? I'm thinking the questions might be similar as the CLEP. I'm also taking the Eng Comp I now and just working on my essays (all my quizzes are complete) Hoping to finish both of these within the 28 days, but honestly it doesn't matter because I will need to sign up for Eng Comp II after so I'm sure I will need to pay the $99 again. Straigherline Intro to Sociology - SKMDC - 09-26-2012 You need the book for this one. I took it and would have failed without the book. A lot of the test questions are direct from the book. Straigherline Intro to Sociology - chiquitacobbe - 09-29-2012 Thanks for the heads up on the book. I took the second test and got 48/60. Without the book so I just rented the book on amazon for my kindle. Not bad only $21 for 60 days. Very affordable. I'll update after next test. Straigherline Intro to Sociology - chiquitacobbe - 10-24-2012 Taking the sociology final this week. This class was very interesting and I learned alot actually. I would recommend it to everyone. And definitely get the book. Alot of the questions are from there so you need it. I'll post again after the final and report how I did. |
