Hi Kellen,

Yes, people have used Sparknotes; it's not bad for the literature tests.

In addition to using the 'search' function regularly, at this stage you probably want to be doing one of two things:

1. Identifying whether this process is right for you (by searching/reading everyone elses' experiences).

2. Taking your first exam as soon as possible.

Good luck!

I used it for the Civil War DSST...good stuff!

I don't like the social politics they seem to push at you, along with all the teenage angst that seems to permeate the site...but the books are concise and priced right!

Yes! It's great for literature and history. I used it a lot for literature in particular. I tend to use Cliffnotes more, however, for psych, socio, management, and some other subjects. Get Homework Help with CliffsNotes Study Guides Just type your subject into the search engine. Someone mentioned the "teenage angst" on Sparknotes---you won't find so much of that on Cliffnotes.

I use it for Literature summaries, for which it is very nice. But I also get tired of all that pop culture...
