Principles of Management - Lee - 12-19-2012 Is IC flashcards and petersons tests enough for this clep if I have no previous knowledge of the course????? Principles of Management - starlinghunter - 12-19-2012 Should be, but make sure you have good scores with the Peterson's test, and it's not too hard to find other free online practice tests for this one too. (if your scores aren't too good yet - 55% or less -, or you still feel unprepared, do the following) If you want a good overview book, with FULL LENGTH tests, definitely get the REA Principles of Management book (with the cd-rom for computer tests, if possible). I passed this with only a week or so of IC and some wikipedia'ing. You should be fine, although I had some experience in business prior to taking the test. Principles of Management - ChocolateSnow - 12-19-2012 Yeah, I had never studied management before, but I used flashcards and Peterson's for two days, and was blessed with a 60. Just so you understand the general concepts and have a good grasp on the terminology/vocabulary, you should be good to go! Principles of Management - merolpn - 12-19-2012 In my experience, the IC flashcards alone will get you through most tests if you know them WELL. Take the time to read all of the explanations. Most of the information is in the explanations. That being said, studying with other resources to supplement will never hurt. If you have never taken a CLEP before, do all of the practice tests you can find and do in a reasonable time. If you are a subscriber to IC, read the exam feedback section in this forum. If you are not, join. I signed up not knowing what it really was but it was recommended to me by faculty at a local college as being a good site. I do not regret it one bit. Everyone is helpful and I have passed more tests in less time than I ever could have imagined. Principles of Management - freightop - 01-10-2013 can someone please help me figure out how to get into petersons tests? Everyone is posting that its really helpful but how do i actually access them?? |
