EDIT: Intermediate Macro and Micro are generally tough to find, but Ohio University has Intermediate Micro and a couple other print-based courses this spring: http://www.ohio.edu/ecampus/independent/Course_List_Spring_2013.pdf Don't take Money & Banking as a course- you can take the DSST exam for it. Also look at Canada's Athabasca University, which also has US regional accreditation, meaning its coursess should transfer to one of the Big Three (always check with an advisor in advance to see how a course will fit into a degree program). For a bit of background, UMass Amherst's economics department is strongly associated [pdf] with "heterodox economics," which is broadly contrasted with "mainstream economics."
