Just thought I would see if anyone else noticed that there is no longer a need to order a $30 CLEP/DSST transcript for Military members. All of my DANTES (CLEP and DSST) courses now show up at the end of the Joint Service Transcript and can be sent to any college FREE OF CHARGE!
As far as I know all branches of service should have switched to this format by now.

Just FYI the Air Force is not part of this. It has to do with maintaining regional accreditation for CCAF. CCAF has to issue its own transcripts, if it participated in this it would look like students are getting regional credit on one transcript and ACE credit on another, and it would raise accreditors' eyebrows, so they can't do it.
Which is sort of unfortunate, as it would be nice to have it all in one place.

Even though it shows up on the JST, are you positive that the school will accept it? I was required to request an official transcript for the CLEP test that i took. (TESC).

Back in the days of SMART for Navy and Marines, I had all of my CLEPs listed on the SMART transcript and TESC took those. No need for CLEP transcript
