Swallowing my pride - publius2k4 - 02-09-2014 In another thread, I discussed how angry I was about having to pay the $100 fee to reapply to WGU. I've been researching a LOT of masters degree programs (as can be seen from many of my recently started threads). I was even accepted into the Capella Flexpath MBA (but I withdrew my application the day before class was to start). Even though I was angry, I've finally decided to return to WGU. It's a great school, even though some of the policies are garbage... rebel100, thanks for your voice of reason in the other thread. You helped put it in perspective for me. http://www.degreeforum.net/general-education-testing-discussion/20898-problems-wgu-mba.html Swallowing my pride - rebel100 - 02-09-2014 I think you'll be happy with the decision! Swallowing my pride - sanantone - 02-09-2014 Yep, you were being irrational. Thank God you dropped out of Cahella. Swallowing my pride - Jonathan Whatley - 02-09-2014 You'll make us proud. :) Swallowing my pride - publius2k4 - 02-09-2014 sanantone Wrote:Yep, you were being irrational. Are you going to do the healthcare management concentration? Swallowing my pride - publius2k4 - 02-09-2014 sanantone Wrote:Are you going to do the healthcare management concentration? I'm seriously considering it, but I haven't decided. It seems like a very good option, and even if I don't get a job in healthcare management after graduation, I would still have an MBA. I'm going to discuss it further with my enrollment adviser tomorrow. Swallowing my pride - UptonSinclair - 02-09-2014 I would love to follow your progress if you are willing to post updates. I selected the general management and strategy track. Swallowing my pride - publius2k4 - 02-10-2014 UptonSinclair Wrote:I would love to follow your progress if you are willing to post updates. Oh yes, I fully intend to. I'll probably start a thread and update it throughout the program, as rebel100 did. |
