BA in Criminal Justice - sanantone - 12-04-2014 As KayV said, COSC will be your best option for utilizing your FEMA credits. Also as KayV said, Penn Foster offers a lot of ACE-approved CJ courses that will be cheaper than courses at any of the Big 3. Propero offers some CJ courses too, but the reviews for them so far have not been good. Excelsior and COSC will mostly follow ACE's recommendations for upper and lower level credit. TESC is more about matching degree titles to what they offer or have evaluated in their PLA database.
