and are there any special circumstances
like I know one of them wouldn't take them directly, but you had to have them transcribed somewhere else and then transferred in

Excelsior accepts them if washed through Frederick Community College at $80? per semester hour.
TESC does not accept them.
COSC accepts them.
Make sure you see how many will fit your program and which ones are worth credit. Not all are.
