I had no clue about PM but took it and thought it was a really good course. I like how Sophia lays everything out. Their dashboard is excellent. I had to watch all of the videos, but I like that if you're familiar with the subject matter, you could breeze through the course quickly.

Curious to know if you transferred this to one of the Big 3. Did you get upper level credit for it?
I'm still waiting on my evaluation from EC. They won't tell me if any of the courses I'm interested in will be UL until after the evaluation. The waiting is killer!!

It transferred to TESC as MAN-435. Can't believe I got UL credits for free (they offered a free course earlier this year, I jumped on it and so glad I did).

How long did it take you to finish this class dfrecore? was it a multiple choice format? or quizes and final with proctor?

It took a couple of weeks I think, but just here and there. I think I spent a couple of full Saturdays on it because that was the only time I had to work on it. Maybe 20 hours? Just a guestimate. I knew absolutely NOTHING about PM when I started though, so someone who knew a little, or who didn't need to watch the videos might have taken less time. I basically had to watch every single video. But, I got an 85%, so I suppose I could have spent less time and just winged it. But it was interesting enough that I kind of wanted to learn about it, so I took the time.

With Sophia you complete challenges (untimed) and milestones (timed). Once you have completed the course you have an ID verification milestone that is proctored. For the final you use the Sophia videos and can use one page of notes. As dfrecore stated, it only takes about 2 weeks, but is dependent on you. I really liked the format/layout of Sophia. I believe the Milestones were MC, but can't remember exactly sorry.

Everything was multiple choice. The final was proctored by ProctorU. I thought it was much easier than the other 3 exams, strangely.

When I transferred it to Excelsior they gave me 4 credits UL.
