You need to get it into your ACE account, since everything ACE-approved needs to go there.

+1, if you have not created an ACE Credit Registry account, you will need one for any ACE Recommended Credit.
There aren't any fees, so I try to get all my ACE credits done, then transfer it over to the school as the last step.
The transcript is $20 for first one, $15 for any subsequent transcript.

Looks like the credit I got is for 311N-H Ethical Guidelines for Ins Professionals - No CE but I am reading some forums course number is 312. Did I take the wrong test

You are correct, that's the wrong one, you need the 312. It was good practice anyways.
Take it again, it's really easy, I am not the first to do the same thing when I did the exam.
