Straighterline General Exam question: Does it follow the quizzes and midterms? - winstonmonk - 05-21-2016 Hey everyone, I am in Introduction to Sociology on Straighterline. I was curios to to see if the exam follows the past quizzes and midterm? If I studied all of my quizzes and midterm would I be set for the exam? Thanks ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- This is my first class online and first post on here! I am trying to finish up my BA in marketing and am finishing the last 4 classes online. (wish I knew about this before starting school 4 years ago.) Straighterline General Exam question: Does it follow the quizzes and midterms? - bjcheung77 - 05-21-2016 Yes, if you get a high enough grade for your coursework, quizzes/midterm, etc... the proctored final shouldn't be too much of an issue for you. From reading through the info, it only requires a 70% to get credit for the course. I just noticed it didn't show the points for each item. https://s3.amazonaws.com/StraighterLine/Syllabus-Revised/IntroductiontoSociology_RSI_AB.pdf Straighterline General Exam question: Does it follow the quizzes and midterms? - winstonmonk - 05-22-2016 Thanks for the reply! Straighterline General Exam question: Does it follow the quizzes and midterms? - alzee - 05-23-2016 I don't remember any surprises on the Sociology final, but that said, I bombed it with a 68%. I was so sick of the material by the time I took the final that I was just picking "c" for everything that I didn't instantly know. Still passed the course with a 90%. Did the same thing with a few of the SL courses. You do have to submit 5 graded papers as part of the course, so don't think you can just totally breeze it. I managed 100% on each paper, even the one where I was talking about bacon through the entire thing. I love SL. ![]() |
