TESU Guided Study Courses - johnjaxs - 06-26-2016

Okay, I am looking at doing the Technical Writing Guided Study course for GPA purposes, anyone have any experience with those type courses or even the Technical Writing course it self?

Do they involve discussions?

Do they require papers?

Or are they just exam/quiz based?

I was original going to do this course by DSST, but I need a GPA on my transcript quick and I would think that this course would be fairly simple. I am also thinking that this class would be an easy class to keep up with while I work on others.

Thank you for answering my questions.

Having taken both guided study and regular courses at TESU, I recommend the regular courses. The only difference is that guided study courses replace 6 blog posts with extra written assignments. The blog posts are pretty much the easiest points you will ever earn. I typically spent between 5 and 20 min writing the post, and another 5 writing a couple of responses every two weeks. I've never been awarded anything but 100% for them. it's basically a participation grade.
