Business Ethics classification - RUNMYTA - 10-02-2007 I know this might sound a little of the wall, but I was curious if BMGT496 (Business Eithics) was considered an upper level Arts and Science course. I am needing 12 more hours through EC to complete my degree in General Studies with a focus in history. I can take a resident course here thru University of Maryland University and needed to know if this course would fall in to this category. I have already sent an email to EC, but curiousty is getting the best of me. Thanks! Business Ethics classification - Old Rusty Pipe - 10-02-2007 I can't say for sure that Excelsior would consider Business Ethics as an Arts & Science, BUT I'd be surprised if they didn't. Business Ethics is a subfield of Philosophy. I wouldn't classify it as applied professional credits the same way you would Management or Organizational Theory. You'll have to wait to hear from Excelsior for the official ruling, but I'd be shocked if they didn't. |
