Be military, other than that I don't know of any other way.

I didn't even ask, but when I re-enrolled they automatically waived it for me.
TESU did have a program which allowed NJ residents resuming college after a long time to have the fee waived. I don't think they do it anymore, but you can e-mail [email protected] and see if there is some way to still have it waived.

I don't recall an option of having the application fee waived. The only way I recall having it waived was if there were issues with the signup when one does the online application, or if you've graduated and applying to a second degree program... Actually, you can ask to see if there is any way to have it waived...

Thanks for your reply. I called today and got an answer. It was NO for a regular applicant like myself. However, if your employer is a partner with TESC you MAY receive an application fee waiver.

I called today too, and the guy told me that there is no exception, for Civilians OR Military. Everybody pays the $75 according to him.
