Does anyone know if I can mix and match when it comes to the professional requirements for a BSBA at TESU, or does it have to be the same courses listed?

Just like the AOS, there are specific courses required, these are not general education electives. Unless a course or set of courses, are very similar (example, Business in Society or International Management), you don't have an option to take something else in its place.

There's many ways to get this credit, but most people on here just take Straighterline Business Communication.

From my experience, Saylor's Corporate Communications is the easiest, quickest, and cheapest way to fulfill the Business Communications requirement.

There will usually be multiple ways to take each individual requirement - you just need to know what they are.
For the Business/Managerial Communications requirement, you can take:
Corporate Comm (Saylor, MAN-373)
Managerial Comm (TECEP, MAN-373)
Business Comm (SL, COM-300)
Just depends on what you want to do. If you're already a SL member, you might want to take it that way. If you like Saylor, use them. If you don't mind TECEP's, go for that.

Just FYI, I did Straighterline Business Communication and then also took Saylors Corporate Communication as part of my AOS. TESU classified them as 2 different equivalencies. You can do like you said but can kill 2 birds with a very similar class
