Has anyone ever thought of completing PLAs at CSU Global? Learning Counts seems to no longer be an independent option, COSC is expensive, and TESU has the evil Todd Siben standing in the way. At only $150 per portfolio, CSU Global looks like a good deal.

What happened with learning counts? Did they change their format/policies?
