In this case, I think all she can do is what you've suggested -- the requirements are completely at the discretion of whatever private school she's teaching at. If all they require is a bachelors in something, then the transcript service may be enough. If not, then there's a good chance that many of the credits will apply towards a degree from TESU or elsewhere.
