I completed the free courses that were offered but they have not yet been reviewed. I contacted the Training Specialist at NFA and asked will he please review the courses that are located on ACE. He emailed me back with this..

if it's true, it's a recent change. it's probably a misunderstanding, though. But who knows what with all of the recent changes ACE seems to be making (and the Kaplan fiasco recently)

They are just sitting waiting to be approved. I submitted them on 02/12. I don't know what else to do.

Just resubmit them. The guy you talked to likely knows nothing about the process and rudeness provides a great cover for ignorance.

NFA takes forever to approve anyway, at least it did for me. Took at least a week. Contrast that to TEEX. They approve the next DAY.
