Are the requirements for obtaining an AS the same as the BS (less the remaining 60 credits)
Cornerstone / Residency Waiver charge? I'm a Study.com member (although TESU has taken more then a month to respond to request to update my application) so I believe I can waive the former and discount the latter.
I have 45 credits currently and am slated to complete the remaining 15 by end of month. I've heard that the residency waiver is "good for" one year so as long as I can complete the remaining 60 in one year I don't have to pay it again to fulfill my BSBA Gen Mgmt.
Can anybody confirm this for me?

TESU tells different people different things on the waiver. They told me something completely different than what most people post here say. You need to ask for yourself and get it in an email or something to be sure.
There are a couple of associate's degrees that don't have a capstone, but most do. The AA does not have one. Go through the list and check the rest, too. I am sitting here trying to decide if I want to get both an AS and BSBA as I had planned, but am thinking no since I don't want to do an associate's capstone for my AS. I wish they would give you a waiver on the associate's capstone if you are working for a bachelor's too.

The ones without a capstone are:
AA (Associate in Art)
AS in Natural Science & Math (Choose math, computer science, or biology)
AAS in Criminal Justice
AS in Business Administration

The requirements for each associates degree are different, just make a note to yourself what those differences are so you can check all your 60 credits will transfer over to your desired Bachelors.

I'm actually going to try the WVNCC BOG AAS and see how that works - I imagine the course requirements are similar/the same as what would be asked of me for an AS at TESU.

That's not the case, my post just right before yours summarizes it. Essentially, BOG AAS has 7 required courses, the 13 others are all elective credits. The TESU AA for example, has 13 required courses and 7 are elective... other AS degree offered by TESU have even more course requirements...
