Need help with ModernStates - mamalbh - 08-29-2017
My daughters are going through the "Analyzing and Interpreting Literature" course on ModernStates and they are having some problems.
On the ModernStates.org site, it shows that they are taking the class on "My Courses" page but it says 0% complete even though they have both done all the "homework".
On the courses.ModernStates.org site, the "Progress" tab shows no grade for assignments HW 08 - HW 11. All the assignments we can find are complete. This is beyond frustrating because we can not find these mystery assignments anywhere, and can't find a way to contact whoever is in charge of the course to ask for help.
Anyone know whats going on or who we should contact?

I reported this to Whitney (the MS rep who also is/was handing out the CLEP vouchers) on Sunday. I have not heard back from her. I don't think I'm the only one who reported this. I'm hoping she didn't go dark on us, as I was looking forward to taking this one with one of the vouchers.

Same thing happened to my daughter. Just request the voucher from Whitney ( Whitney@ModernStates.org ) once she has finished the course and tell her you have completed it despite the faulty progress tab. That's what my daughter did and she received the voucher the next day. I think several people have reported the problem.
