Excelsior Nursing Program Approved for Continued Acceptance in Texas - sanantone - 09-02-2017
The Texas legislature passed HB 2950, which pertains to several nursing regulations, and was signed into law by the governor. Included in the bill was a directive to the Board of Nursing to continue to license Excelsior nursing graduates. Before the bill, it was up in the air whether or not Excelsior graduates would continue to be licensed in Texas.
