Google has created an IT Support Professional Certificate program through Coursera. It is $49 per month, but they are offering 10,000 spots for free.

I saw that before. Seems pretty useful for a person looking to break into IT helpdesk. Can go wrong with the price and completing it would indicate motivation to employers......maybe.
