So, I think I am just short American Government, English Comp II, Public Speaking, and the Capstone now for the BALS at TESU. Can you guys please direct me to the best place to take them? Some place cheap and quick, if possible. I am leaning towards the quick side.

Can't get much quicker than CLEP, DSST or Davar.
Also, SL, Study.com both have all 3.
Saylor has Intro to Comparative Politics instead of Am Govt.
I've also heard that you can substitute Tech Writing for English Comp II, athough I'd verify that first with TESU if you're interested. DSST, Study.com

I do like the idea of swapping Tech Writing for English Comp II. What's Davar? How easy are the study.com courses, if you don't mind me asking?

I took the Public Speaking and Government classes at study.com. They were easy and quick. I think combined, I spent about 10 days total on the two. I didn't like the Saylor course. I looked at it first because of the cost difference but hated the format so scrapped it right away. I can't speak to the English II as I transferred that in from a cc.

Which one was harder? How many hours a day? Did you have to submit videos? Is there an alternative to public speaking that I could take?

American Government was longer (more quizzes) but the material is probably material you covered in middle school. Public Speaking required uploading videos to them directly. They give you a rubric to follow and honestly I put in very, very little prep. They were pretty lenient on the grading. For the amount of effort I put in (which was very little) I passed the course in only a few days - and I had the flu while doing it. Neither were hard. Dfrecore can probably advise on alternative options. I seem to recall a thread that said there was a study.com speech course that wasn't being accepted anymore. However, SL has the same thing and I'm pretty sure the consensus was it was pretty easy too.

I highly recommend Study.com for at least two courses, this is to the discounted pricing for the residency waiver and also the capstone discount, the cornerstone waiver. Take any two, if you can finish 3 courses a month, take the third one for $70/exam.

Do you have a spreadsheet created? What courses are you missing and which provider do you have a valid membership for (SL/Study.com, Shmoop)? If you have a valid membership for SL, finish one of the courses there, if you don't have a membership at SL - do it at Study.com since you're going to be paying a month for two courses, it'll be $70 for the extra course exam.
