By my roadmap, I only need a math course and the capstone to finish (That is, if all of my credits are accepted). If y'all wouldn't mind looking this thing over and making sure things are in their proper place. I would especially appreciate any feedback from you, dfrecore. Smile

Looks good! Congrats on being so close. I would go ahead and register for that capstone ASAP, maybe you can get it done, and apply for graduation and get that RW paid by 6/30, just in time to apply for September graduation (7/1).

And pick the EASIEST possibly math course to take. I would recommend Liberal Arts Math TECEP, or MATH97 through Study.com. College Math will be along these lines, but if you have any trouble, you are SO close to the end, just choose anything you can pass!

Good luck!

Roger that and thank you. Big Grin  I went ahead and started Math 97 while I still have some Guardian time left. If I apply and enroll now, will I be able to transfer Math 97 in even after they've finished evaluating my other credits? I may or may not have it done by then.

Has the 3CR – Shmoop Professional Writing been confirmed to come in to meet the Comp II / Written Communication requirement yet? I have not seen any post that confirms that we suspect (hope) it will.

If it has not and you do end up taking a math through study.com. you may want to consider taking the Comp II though them as well (since the membership includes is two exams per month already)

What is your reason for going with a BA in Liberal Studies? As you have so many English credits, couldn't you use this to get a BA in English?

A BA in English costs about $600 more than a generic BALS. Unless someone can find a cheaper non-western literature course/test that'll satisfy TESU's requirements. I'm personally going after English, but I can understand if MSK9 doesn't want to spend the extra money.

I've seen a few posts around here (don't have the links off the top of my head, sorry!) that were fairly recent where Professional Writing transferred in as ENG-306 - Technical Writing. It was used in some cases used for Written Communication and in some cases Information Literacy, depending on what the student needed.

Because English has a slightly different set of requirements. Cool

Sure. You can keep sending in credits until about 2-3 weeks before graduation. They'll evaluate your credits one to two months before graduation, and let you know if you're missing anything. Just reply and tell them the last credits are in process and they'll work with you to get them in.

All the most recent postings I can find on the say they "plan" to use it; but I cannot find one example of someone who has actually transferred it in to meet the requirement.  I know based on the new catalog many here think it should; I'm even one of them.  I'm just concerned that you're so close to be being done that I would hate to have it not and miss out on the opportunity to finish something that you know will - especially for free (included in the current study.com month).

I've seen ""ENG-306 Inter. Tech Wrtg. & Prof. Wt." as my Informational Literacy GE requirement", but none stating that it has been accepted as a valid replacement for "ENG-201: Technical Writing" (the new allowable for the second 3 credits of Written Communications)
