In my particular case, I have other financial obligations, and it would help to just get it out of the way. I can't see why it would hurt, mostly as an enrolled TESU student approaching my final credits

We know that the Study.com partnership will expire at the end of June. It is expected to be renewed, but probably with lower discounts. Though it could go away entirely. So, to take advantage of that, one could pre-pay their residency waiver and register for the capstone before July 1st. There is no discount on graduation fees, so there really isn't a reason to pre-pay that. Prepaying them both before July 1st could save $700 on the waiver and $399 on the capstone.
One downside of pre-paying these would be that if you don't complete a degree within a year of the payment, you lose the money spent on the residency waiver. You'd also need to complete the Capstone within the next term.

Yes, you can. You simply apply for graduation and the fees become due. You can still transfer in credit up until 2-3 weeks before graduation, if you need to.

The Study.com affiliate membership will also allow you to get a waiver on the Cornerstone, so that's another $300 saved.
The Study.com discount will probably not go away on 7/1, but it will probably be a 5% discount on the Residency Waiver fee, and a 10% discount on the Tuition, and that will be at the current rates. When they first set up the discount, they put in dollar amounts rather than just % discounts, and those dollar amounts were locked in for about 18 months (lucky for us). Going forward, I'm willing to bet they'll just be % discounts, and they will apply to current rates, so as rates rise, so too will the cost for these. And by the way, they normally raise their fees on 7/1.

I thought all grades had to be in three months before graduation? I.e.for December 2018 graduation, I was told courses need to be completed by October 1st 2018..
