I just completed College Algebra and have it approved on my ACE Transcript. What other courses should I knock out that will transfer to TESU without being duplicates?

All the currently available Aleks courses transfer to TESU as only 3 different courses:

MAT-121 College Algebra
  • College Algebra
MAT-129 Precalculus
  • College Algebra with Trigonometry
  • Precalculus
  • Trigonometry
STA-201 Principles of Statistics
  • Introduction to Statistics
  • Business Statistics
  • Statistics for the Behavioral Sciences
So, if you've already taken College Algebra, then you just need one of the three from Precalculus and one of the three from Principles of Statistics and you'll have everything you can currently take from them.

You used to be able to do Intermediate Algebra as well, but that went away with the latest extension. No idea why.

That's interesting. I did notice that you can still request that course inside of ACE. I guess that is just an error on their part?

That's interesting. I did notice that you can still request that course inside of ACE. I guess that is just an error on their part?

There's an expiration date on it.

All courses that are ACE-recommended, even if they're expired, are in the ACE database, unless the course provider has completely gone away (or at least, no longer offers ACE courses).  So ALEKS, if they stopped offering ACE courses, would eventually just fall off the ACE website.  Then, if you wanted to add ALEKS credits to your ACE transcript in the future (say you forgot to add them today, but wanted to add them 8 years from now), you would have to contact both ACE and ALEKS and get them added on manually (and I know this because I have credits from what used to be the American Compensation Association, now World@Work, for old ACE credits back from 2000 - they no longer offer ACE credit for their courses, so aren't on the ACE website any longer).
