When can i actually Graduate? - sarahrahul - 05-16-2018

I am nearing the end of my BSBA GM from TESU and have only a few credits to go. I do have a few questions now:

1)I want to apply for MBA by the end of the year(Admissions open in Nov for the University) so i am wondering when can i actually graduate out of TESU? Like does it happen only once a year or are there multiple times a year a student can graduate?

2) Suppose i am done with all the credits from Sl and Study and submit my graduation application today, how long does it take?

3) I have the Study affiliation on my TESU account, but i still need to do the Capstone right? how easy/ difficult is that and what does that entail?

Sorry about all the questions but i will really appreciate your valuable input.

Thank you so much in advance

There are 4 graduations a year. If someone has recently missed a cut-off, then they wait about 3-6 months, but if the timing works out, they only wait a few weeks or so. https://www.tesu.edu/current-students/graduation-information

If someone was almost done, they could make September graduation. Since you have the Capstone to do, you can aim for December graduation.

Yes, Capstone is required for every Bachelor's degree now. No waivers. Some find it pretty hard, and others don't. It's like a mini thesis paper.

The Capstone course lasts 12 weeks. Some of the time is waiting on the mentor.

Schools you're applying to are generally ok with the degree not being officially conferred, once the degree is confirmed. You get confirmed about 1-3 weeks before the conferral.
