Your plan certainly outlines an interesting path, one that may or may not be fully approved but I would say you're in the ballpark.

Remember nothing can or should be attempted until one gets absolute approval from the official EC advisor otherwise you may be spinning yours wheels in the wrong direction.

I would apply to EC first and allow them to review any previous credits and then be guided by their advice. GOOD LUCK!![/COLOR][/SIZE]
