What's the process for taking a CSU Global exam? - SamCes - 05-31-2018

I'd like to take a CSU Global competency based exam but it's not clear to me from their site how to sign up.  https://csuglobal.edu/undergraduate/alternative-credit-options/competency-based-exam-cbe  Do I need to apply first?

No. No need to apply.

Hmm, I had to apply as a non-degree seeking student and work with an advisor to get signed up for a CBE since there isn't any way to register (or even review an exam syllabus) for them directly. Once you're registered, you have a year to complete (or withdraw from) the exam. You aren't charged until you actually take the test.

My husband had to do the same.  It was free, and he didn't end up paying anything since he didn't end up taking an exam.
