Now you have me curious about who this guy was. But my first reaction is that he was a Global Health expert. That doesn't mean someone is good at taking care of their personal health. Just a guess? But, going off topic a little more, I remember hearing that people working depressing fields usually suffer in terms of their personal health. So many hours a week that they're thinking about horrible criminal acts, the destruction of our planet and race, or whatever.
