TESU - BSBA in Marketing - Plan Review - chattenoire - 06-22-2018

Hi all! I took a hiatus for a while, but I'm back and looking to knock out this degree.

Being that Shmoop is up in the air, I had to remove them from my degree plan. I'd like to finish up with as many study.com courses as possible; might not be the cheapest option, but I really enjoy the format and it seems easier.

I'd also like to replace any Saylor courses I have with study.com, just because the Saylor ones I have taken have felt tedious and tiring.

I'm also not clear on if Com 101 (study.com) is accepted for public speak at TESU? I think there is a Davar public speaking class -- is this the fastest option at this point?

Here's my plan... could the experts look over this and see if anything looks out of date? Note: greyed are classes already completed.

Thank you!

Just one suggestion and point you need to remember. Max of 90 credits from one source (Study.com in your case). The rest I would recommend finishing it off with StraighterLine (replacing all the Saylor courses you need with SL courses). They'll be cheap/easy/fast - especially the ones with open book exam: https://www.straighterline.com/how-it-works/online-proctoring/exam-proctoring-details/

Looks fine, and last I heard TESU was accepting Presentation Skills in the Workplace or Public Speaking both as the Speech requirement.

Some changes you might want to make:
- if you don't want to take Geol, you can take a CompSci course instead (at TESU, CompSci fits into NatSci)
- Study.com has a LL International Business course you can take if you don't want to do Davar
- Study.com has more marketing courses (all UL):
MARKETING 302: Consumer Behavior
MARKETING 303: Global Marketing
MARKETING 306: Principles of Selling
MARKETING 308: Applied Marketing
