How should I study for the biology CLEP? - trus - 06-03-2019

Hey there!
I'm planning to take the Biology CLEP this summer.
I so far finished watching the videos ModernStates provides on the Biology CLEP. But I was thinking about buying a subscription to study . com but are there any other resources that I should use?

Is InstantCert is enough study material alongside ModernStates videos?
Do I really need to buy study . com?

Thank you!

I have not used Modern States but I have used the Study.com Biology Clep Prep. Take the practice test (don't guess, only answer what you are sure you know) then watch the videos for everything you miss: https://study.com/academy/course/clep-biology-course.html#exam I think you can access this with the $35 membership for 1 month.

I also used REA and Peterson Practice tests. Both are much, much harder than the CLEP.

Quizlet and Cram.com both have Clep flashcards that are pretty spot on for what you will see on the exam.

InstantCert has biology flashcards - a lot of people attribute their pass to IC's bio.

Any other sources?

Should this, plus IC flashcards be enough to pass the CLEP?

Do you recommend study.com?

I can't say what would be "enough" because that will vary for everyone. I would use MS, IC, and that playlist at a minimum. I would recommend looking at the REA study guide and/or the freeclepprep study guide and make sure you take some practice tests(REA, Peterson's, etc) to make sure you're ready(you want to score a minimum of 70% on practice tests). I like study.com for credit but I wouldn't pay for it as study material. Their videos will most likely be comparable at best to MS and Crash Course videos but probably inferior.

If you've mastered every card in IC, you don't need other sources.
You don't even need Modern States (except for the voucher).
