Excelsior Double Degree - HannahA - 06-28-2019 Hello! Graduated from Excelsior several years ago myself and am creating a degree plan for a family member who has a lot of credits in both Psychology and Business. Is it possible to complete both degrees at the same time? Or can you even complete a second Bachelors at Excelsior at all? I saw many posts about TESU in regards to dual degree's, but none for Excelsior. Thank you all in advance! RE: Excelsior Double Degree - Life Long Learning - 06-28-2019 Not sure about a double degree, but why not? Call and ask them. If you get one-degree first they will make you get 30 new credits post the first degree. I had a BS in Business first. My second BS was in HSEM from EC. RE: Excelsior Double Degree - videogamesrock - 06-29-2019 When I asked to double major they said that they do not allow dual degrees or double majors. I was told this several years ago. RE: Excelsior Double Degree - dfrecore - 06-29-2019 How about a BSLS with Psych and Business as concentrations? RE: Excelsior Double Degree - bjcheung77 - 06-29-2019 Excelsior allows multiple degrees, you can have a BALS and a BSBA or another set of degrees as a combo, so someone can do a BSIT and a BSBA for example, there is only one exception... If your first degree is a Liberal Arts degree from Excelsior, they will NOT allow a second degree in Liberal Arts. And here's the kicker, the workaround for someone who wants to do TWO Liberal Arts degree (don't ask me why someone would do such a thing, maybe they would like multiple concentrations in different subjects), you can get a Liberal Arts/Liberal Studies degree at another school and apply to Excelsior for a Liberal Arts degree with a different concentrations.
