Sending Study.com Transcripts on a Paused Account - natshar - 07-17-2019
I just paused my study.com account yesterday. Now today I realized I wanted to send my NCCRS study.com transcript to a school. Is there a way to do this without unpausing my account?

Absolutely. Even if you have paused your account, the tab which says ‘order transcripts’ should still appear. You could click that and order your transcripts. Otherwise, just email them.

Paused means you stop paying membership??
Yes. You can pause for up to 3 months. You get an email prior telling you when your subscription will become active again. You will be charged on that date so make sure to cancel before that date if you change your mind.

Pause is a nice feature, we're on pause currently too.
