Hi i was reading on the website of Excelsior that you can use UExcel exam to full fill the 12 credit requirement to avoid paying the multiscore option fee.
I want to confirm that if you look here their are using it for this degree.

I don't see where it's saying that UExcel's count for residency. Can you use the actual wording you're talking about?
