Do they automatically send a transcript after you take a test still it do they require you to order a transcript?

You can choose to have your score sent directly after an exam if you're enrolled somewhere. But, if you don't choose that, then you'll have to send a transcript, because they will only send it immediately after the exam, and only if you choose to do so and give the school identifying number at that time.
