TESU Payment - BrighterFuture88 - 10-23-2019 Hey all! First off, I already know about taking 6 courses with TESU to dodge the Residency Waiver, but I’m not going that route since taking all of those courses won’t work for my full-time work schedule. So, I was just wondering about paying for the Cornerstone, Capstone and Residency Waiver Fee. I take it that not all of this can be covered by grants or student loans? I know 6 credits at a time is considered part-time and would only get that much in grants, but since TESU is a monthly enrollment, can I start the Cornerstone in one month, then start the Capstone a month or two later and still get my grants/loans since it would be within a semester timeframe? I apologize if any of this sounds stupid, but I just want to make sure I am prepared for this financially by the time I get to that point. RE: TESU Payment - HogwartsSchool - 10-24-2019 No. To qualify for student loans/grants, you must take 6 sh credits in the same term (i.e. same month). TESU terms are not like standard b&m colleges where courses can start at different periods within the semester but you still qualify for student loans/grants. Would you suggest taking the Cap & Corner at the same time? |
