I would like to know what is different between the Quantity Surveyor and Site Manager?
one of my friends wants to follow the engineering courses online. she is confused between HNC Quantity Surveying , Site Manager Course and Site Supervisor Course .
Which one is best to study?

Well, if it's spam, it is at least somewhat relevant spam so we can leave it for now. Let's see if the OP continues the dialogue or if anyone else has anything to add about the legitimacy and value of these programs.

Yeah I was on the fence about reporting this one too. Seems like spam, but there is room for doubt.
