Can I have these 2 courses below on my AOS for BSBA at TESU or will they overlap? How can I be sure TESU evaluation will not make them overlap?
SL BUS120 Organizational Behavior LL
Davar’s MAN310 Organizational Behavior UL
Can I also have UL for CORE that not like exactly titles the same like Davar’s Corp Finance for the TESU CORE Principles of Finance requirement?

You need to ask them if they duplicate/overlap.

The two organizational behaviors don't overlap. SLs is ll and Davars is UL. However I don't know if you could use them both in the aos, you'd have to ask TESU.

Yes, you can use both an UL and LL in the AOS. AS long as the course equivalencies are different, you're fine.
