On campus programs have resident and non-resident tuition. Lots of schools have a single online tuition rate that's the same for in-state and out-of-state students, while the on-campus have different in-state and out-of-state rates. Some schools also have an in-state rate for students who only take a few courses (like 6cr of less per semester).
