The University will keep rates unchanged for part-time New Jersey students, graduate, military and most nursing students.

at least they also changed

The threshold, which was previously at least 10 credits, has been lowered to at least 9 credits to be considered full time.

Compared to most colleges, a 2% increases is modest.

So the new rate is down for in-state full-time rates, which won't do much for anyone on this forum.

Is it still worth doing the SDC discount to lock in the price or this would end up being cheaper for residents?

Since this is only for full-time students, the SDC discount is still worth it if you're not taking enough at once to trigger the flat-rate.

I'm very curious to see what they do with the residency waiver. I'm sure an increase is on the horizon.
